General Overview:
World Wide Stereo, a leading provider of emerging technologies, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our growing company.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team in the consumer electronics industry. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness, tracking orders, managing inventory, and communicating with customers and vendors. .
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all orders are complete and accurate and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Track orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze order trends and develop strategies to improve order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order management systems and databases.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to order management and fulfillment.
- Responsible for managing all pricing.
Qualifications:
- Must have purchase order maintenance experience.
- EDI experience and management of processes experience.
- 3+ years of experience in order management or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management preferred.

Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales and System Designer is directly responsible for securing new business and managing relationships with new & existing clients/customers. He/she is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas/goals, maintaining a continuous prospecting system, and maintaining current knowledge of all products, services, and marketing/sales skills. Responsible for calling on existing customers to increase market share and produce a maximum amount of profitable new account sales. Responsible for closing long-term recurring revenue contracts and selling mid to large-scale residential and commercial integrated systems with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, organize, and implements sales/marketing programs.
- Responsible for achieving objectives in the region.
- Manages or oversees the management of client/customer accounts.
- Generates client proposals, presentations, and engineering documents.
- Meets with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions and provide follow-up instruction and technical assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings.
- Inspection of all work in progress after rough-in and trim-out for quality control purposes.
- Maintain working knowledge of all relevant developments in the field.
- Uses all available resources (Referrals, Route Leads, Phone Day, Cold Calls, etc.) and maintains an ongoing prospecting activity and system to identify and contact new prospects for expanding the prospect base within the assigned territory.
Skills:
Candidates will possess strong character, excellent sales skills, and a great attitude! Our structured sales training program will allow non-technical sales executives to succeed and excel in the company.
Requirements:
4-year business degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field. Willingness to work hard, demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that performs onsite audio-visual equipment installation:
- Rough-In wiring
- Speaker installations (Floor Standing, Bookshelf, Architectural, etc.)
- Flat panel installations (Static, Tilting, Articulating on Dry Wall).
- Front Projection system installations (On-Wall Screen / On-Ceiling Projector)
- Basic or Advanced calibration of audio and video equipment (Ex. Dirac)
- Basic or Advanced networking installations (Enterprise gateways with multiple VLANs, Managed switches, and Controller driven Wireless Access Points).
- Advanced control system setup and programming (ex. URC TRC or Savant systems).
- Basic or Advanced shade or lighting installations and programming. (ex. Lutron Caseta, RadioRa2 Select, RadioRa2, Radio Ra3, Homeworks QS, and Homeworks QSX).
- Installation and Programming of IP-based Camera systems
- Power Management
- Equipment set up
- Basic or Advanced On-Wall and freestanding equipment rack installations
- Perform wire path pulls and wire terminations of the following wires:
- Indoor and Outdoor Speaker Cable / HDMI / Category Wire (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a) / RG6 (F connector, RCA, BNC) / Fiber Optic cable / Lighting and Shade power or control wiring.
What do we need you to bring to the table?
- Can be counted on to lead an installation team for complex installations.
- A self-starter
- Plans and executes complex team driven installations.
- Ability to direct and assign tasks and following up on completion and accuracy of tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload with above average time management skills.
- Ability to listen, communicate, and manage expectations.
- Accurately recording work performed and onsite job notes for internal record keeping.
- An understanding of all phases of residential installation work (Rough in, Trim, Final, and Service)
- Ability to perform retrofit wiring
- Ability to troubleshoot advanced systems including programming and networks.
- Working knowledge of residential network installations, including wired and wireless solutions.
- Furthers professional knowledge with hands-on classes or online trainings.
- Knowledge of mobile operating systems including Apple iOS and Android.
- Knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
